We deliver to Portugal and selected European Union (EU) countries.


Returns

Returns are accepted only if the product arrives damaged or defective.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the damaged item

    • Photos of the original packaging

This information is required to process your request quickly.


Refunds

  • A full refund is provided for damaged or defective items

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method


Return Shipping

  • For damaged or defective items, return shipping costs are covered by us

  • Please do not return any item without contacting us first and receiving instructions


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
